Security / Always in progress

Security is not a layer.
It is the operating condition.

Valueye engineers security into architecture, access, data, software delivery, cloud operations, and recovery—and keeps improving the system as the threat landscape changes.

01 / SECURITY PRINCIPLES

Assume complexity. Design for control.

Security decisions begin with the information, people, systems, and consequences involved—not a copied checklist.

01

Reduce exposure

Collect less, expose less, retain only what the product and engagement require, and keep the public attack surface deliberate.

02

Verify every boundary

Design identity, permissions, environments, services, and data flows around explicit trust decisions and least privilege.

03

Protect the data

Use appropriate encryption, secret management, isolation, retention, and access controls for the sensitivity of the workload.

04

Prepare to recover

Treat monitoring, response, backups, restoration, and operational learning as part of the system—not work reserved for an incident.

02 / THE CONTROL SURFACE

Security across the lifecycle.

Controls are selected and documented for each product, customer environment, threat model, and operating responsibility.

01

Secure discovery and architecture

We identify sensitive data, trust boundaries, abuse cases, dependencies, and recovery needs early enough to change the design—not after release.

02

Identity and access

We design administrative and application access around least privilege, role-based permissions, strong authentication, and separation of responsibilities appropriate to the environment.

03

Application and API security

Input validation, authorization checks, safe error handling, secure session design, abuse controls, and review of sensitive paths are built into implementation decisions.

04

Cloud and deployment security

Environments, secrets, network access, deployment permissions, and infrastructure configuration are separated and restricted according to the product's risk and operating model.

05

Software supply chain

Dependencies, packages, build paths, and deployment artefacts are reviewed and monitored so third-party risk is visible and actionable throughout delivery.

06

Detection, response, and recovery

Logging, alerting, incident ownership, backups, restore procedures, and recovery objectives are defined for the workload and verified at the level agreed with the customer.

03 / DATA & AI SECURITY

Your data does not become our shortcut.

Data boundaries, model choices, retrieval permissions, retention, and human review are architecture decisions—not footnotes.

Customer ownership

Customer information and bespoke deliverables remain governed by the applicable agreement. We do not turn access into ownership.

Private AI boundaries

Model providers, retention, retrieval permissions, evaluation, and human approval paths are chosen for the sensitivity of the AI workflow.

Explicit evidence

Architecture records, control responsibilities, testing scope, and operational commitments are documented for the engagement where required.

04 / EVIDENCE OVER BADGES

Trust should survive a technical conversation.

We do not imply certifications, audit results, penetration tests, recovery targets, or infrastructure controls unless they are current, evidenced, and applicable to the product or engagement being discussed.

05 / SECURITY QUESTIONS

Direct answers. No security theatre.

The public baseline is here. Engagement-specific architecture and evidence are shared through the appropriate review process.

01How does Valueye approach software security?+

Valueye treats security as an engineering requirement throughout discovery, architecture, implementation, review, deployment, and operation. The controls used are selected for the sensitivity, threat model, infrastructure, and contractual requirements of each product or client environment.

02Does Valueye encrypt customer data?+

Valueye designs hosted systems to protect data in transit and at rest using the encryption capabilities of the selected cloud, database, storage, and delivery platforms. Exact protocols, key ownership, and rotation requirements are documented for each deployment.

03How does Valueye control access to production systems?+

Production access is designed around least privilege, role-based permissions, strong authentication, environment separation, and auditable administrative activity. The exact access model depends on whether Valueye or the customer operates the environment.

04Is customer data used to train public AI models?+

Valueye does not use proprietary customer data to train public foundation models without explicit written authorization. AI architecture, model providers, retention, data boundaries, and human approval requirements are agreed for each engagement.

05Does Valueye hold security certifications?+

Valueye does not imply a certification, audit result, or compliance status unless it is current, evidenced, and explicitly applicable to the company, product, or customer environment being discussed. Contact the security team for engagement-specific documentation.

06How can I report a security vulnerability to Valueye?+

Send vulnerability details to security@valueye.in. Include the affected asset, reproduction steps, impact, and a safe method of contact. Do not access unrelated data, degrade services, or publicly disclose the issue before coordinated review.
