Refund & Cancellation Policy

Valueye Technologies primarily provides business-to-business consulting, design, engineering, and software services. The commercial terms for an engagement—including fees, milestones, cancellation rights, acceptance criteria, refunds, and service credits—are governed by the signed proposal, order form, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or product terms applicable to that purchase.

Unless an executed agreement says otherwise, a client may request cancellation in writing. Fees for work already performed, approved third-party costs, committed resources, and non-cancellable expenses remain payable. Any unused advance that is refundable under the applicable agreement will be reconciled after those amounts are deducted.

Send a refund or billing request to hello@valueye.in with the client name, invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason. We will acknowledge the request and assess it against the applicable agreement and law. Approval and timing depend on the payment method, contractual terms, work completed, and any genuine dispute about delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires correction, re-performance, cancellation, refund, or another remedy for deficient or misdescribed services, Valueye will provide the legally required remedy.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can investigate the transaction and attempt a prompt resolution. This request does not restrict any right available through your payment provider or applicable law.
