Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the misuse of Valueye Technologies web infrastructure, API endpoints, custom client deployments, and AI services. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all clients, authorized team members, and website visitors.

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing Valueye platforms, hosted microservices, or custom AI deployments to:

• 01Security Probing & Exploitation: Perform unauthorized vulnerability scans, penetration tests, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or automated brute-force attempts without prior written authorization.
• 02Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer proprietary source code, vector DB architectures, or private model weights.
• 03Malicious Data Ingestion: Upload files containing viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, or malicious script payloads into AI parsing pipelines.
• 04Unlawful Content: Host, transmit, or generate defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, or infringing intellectual property materials.
• 05API Rate Abuse: Exceed agreed-upon API rate limits or deploy web scraping bots designed to bypass rate-limiting controls.

When leveraging Valueye autonomous AI agents, fine-tuned LLMs, or RAG indexing pipelines:

• 01Prompt Injection Attacks: Users shall not attempt adversarial prompt injection attacks designed to bypass system safety instructions or exfiltrate vector database embeddings.
• 02Synthetic Impersonation: AI voice, text, or visual generation endpoints must not be deployed to deceive or impersonate real individuals without explicit consent.

Valueye reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access for any user or enterprise client violating this AUP. To report suspected security abuse or illegal activity, please contact security@valueye.in immediately.
